I’m a massachusetts-raised 21-year-old currently studying at Syracuse University and missing my beloved dog, Mookie. Best described as a passionate, enthusiastic, and goofy girl, I have a multitude of interests that keep me busy each day…I play lacrosse, channel my inner theater kid, write articles for my school’s newspaper, and more!
While I’m still not sure where my studies will take me, I do know one thing: I love to write.
When brainstorming how to spark my creativity on a daily basis, I realized that my outlet should be writing - but why limit myself to one particular type? With this blog, I’m free to write all sorts of things! From study abroad stories to movie reviews to reflecting on life’s feathers and ripples, A Duck’s World is my space to explore my curiosity.

When I'm Not Writing, You'll Find Me...

Going for a run. I grew up playing every sport under the sun, and running was always apart of my daily routine. Now that I'm older, it's become one of my favorite outlets.

Working at my summer job: a bakery! Call me Harry Styles. I make batter, frosting, coffee, and I even get to taste test everything! My co-workers rock.

Watching movies and TV Shows. My favorite is and always will be "La La Land" by Damien Chazelle.

Listening to my favorite music. I own a record player and am always jamming to tunes. Right now, I'm loving Olivia Rodrigo's "Guts" Album.

Taking long walks on the beach...literally. And with my dog obviously. I'm lucky enough to call the beach my home and I don't take it for granted!
